Reinvention of Entire Sales/Recruiting Curriculum

For 5 years, we partnered with one of the nation’s most elite military branches to reinvent the way they train their entire recruiting command.

Military recruiting is, at its heart, sales. Think about all of the skills and processes required to create a high performing sales organization, and you’ll be thinking about a military recruiting command.

Our team lead the design and development over 50 training programs over the course of our contract; featuring interactive video, gaming, simulations, and traditional training techniques. We created leading-edge learning to equip recruiters, leaders and officers in all aspects of recruiting sales and operations.

The programs that OLC developed are delivered to thousands of service men and women annually.

Innovative Communication and Presentation Skills Training

This prestigious not-for profit organization wanted to equip its staff to tell its story in compelling, dynamic ways. Engaging their high-profile donors and partners requires professional communication skills and confidence that needed to be cultivated throughout the organization.

OLC designed and created an action learning-inspired program that enabled staff members to create, deliver and receive feedback on a real-world communication challenge. This program is delivered on an ongoing basis to staff members as part of the organization’s “Academy” and is offered as a benefit to affiliates and member organizations.

It is one of the most highly rated programs in terms of real-world impact in the Academy.
